This Privacy Policy describes how the Data Controller above processes personal data of the Platform users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

The following personal data will be collected from mailing list subscribers.

Registered Users:

  • First and last name

  • Contact information such as email address & phone number

  • Title in the company or community, if the user represents an entity

  • Level of education

5. Personal Data Regular Sources

Personal data will primarily be collected and updated from the registered entity or individual. With the permission of the registered user, data can be collected from partnership representatives and within the scope of law without the consent of the registered user.

6. Personal Data Handling and Legal Ground

The Data Controller handles personal data for customer relationship management, upkeep, and development.

We handle personal data for customer communication. Communication can be targeted to subscribers, for example, newsletter purposes. Users can decline to receive communication by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter or contacting the Data Controller.

Handling the personal data is based on the data controller's right to maintain the customer relationship and inform the registered users of the changes on the Platform.

We also handle personal data for our Platform and other services' improvement, analytics, and statistical evaluations.

We do not implement profiling or automated decision-making.

  • Right to forward data from one system to another, meaning to access your personal data and forward them to another data controller.

  • Right to file a complaint to a national Data Protection Authority (Tietosuojavaltuutettu in Finland) or other European Union or European Economic Community Data Protection Authority if you believe that your personal data handling rights have been infringed.

The registered user can direct requests for the above-mentioned rights to data protection contact in the organization.

The Data Controller develops business continuously and therefore reserves the right to update and change the Privacy Policy by announcing it on the Platform.
