What is the material used for Multibeam?
Multibeam in its basic form is a 125x125mm aluminium I-beam, joints and additional parts are made of steel.
In what colors is Multibeam available?
Anodized Multibeam is available as clear (aluminium) and black, but can also be painted in all RAL spectrum colors. Also other coating methods are available when made to order. Steel parts (joints, corners, hinges, adapters) are either galvanized to black or grey, or painted in RAL colors. Bolts, nuts & washers are galvanized de facto, but can be coated with RAL colors when made to order.
In what angles can you attach Multibeams?
Multibeam can be mounted at any angle or direction using the hinge adapter, with a default orientation of 90 degrees.
How ecological is Multibeam?
Multibeam is 100% recyclable and can be manufactured of secondary aluminium (recycled aluminium) in applications where it is allowed. The manufacturing process of the I-beam uses 100% of the material and leaves no waste. Multibeam logistics can be very ecological due to its light weight and optimized transportation ability. We provide ESG material (EPD in accordance with ISO 14025 and EN 15804:2021) for EXW orders, and custom ESG report for project deliveries by request.
How many holes are there in a Multibeam?
A basic Multibeam has 96+4 holes per meter (100).
